RETURN POLICY
Upon return of products, M.I.O Prints will provide the following services:
- We will ONLY accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in their original unused condition including original tags attached.
- If for any reason such as purchasing the wrong item you change your mind about an item or for any other reason you decide to return an item. This needs to be within a 10 days timeframe of receiving your merchandise.

Please be advised that on SALE items, we only accept exchange - NO Returns. You are able to return for a different size, style or store credit as we do not issue refunds at this time.
- Please note, returned items must be in the same condition that you received your package. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the shipper’s address on file.
- Please note that returns require a minimum of 2-5 business days to arrive at our PO Box address. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process your return upon arriving at this address.
All End of season, Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned except the wrong size or style was received.
- In the case where you do need to return an item. We will endeavour to provide exchanges. No refund.
- Please be advised, an order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
- You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.
- In light of COVID-19, as a safety measure, returns will be kept in a temporary quarantine area for 72 hours before processing.

DELIVERY POLICY
Processing time
Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. During sales and high volume periods processing time is 3-4 days.
We currently require 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Please note processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. We will notify you when your order has been processed.
Please allow 3-5 days during sales and high volume periods to process your order.
International Orders & Shipping
Our products are shipped within the same time frames stated above using An Post, a state-owned provider of postal services in the Republic of Ireland.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery
Payment of import duty/tax and advance fee may be required before your order is released from customs, depending on the delivery address.

Dispatch notification
You will receive this within 24 hours of purchasing a product. If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by sending an email to infomioprints@gmail.com including your order number.
Item not delivered?
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by An Post, DHL and other courier service. This is sometimes related to COVID-19 and protocols that need to be followed for your own safety.
Please note, once products are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.
Customs and Duties Charges
Almost all shipments crossing international borders (outside of Ireland) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. M.I.O Prints has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Due to limited transportation availability as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, please allow an additional 1-2 business days (United States shipments) and 2-3 business days (international shipments) in transit time on all deliveries.

M.I.O Prints is completely committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. Therefore we will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you. If you have made a purchase from our store (thank you!) we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers by email. If you subscribe to our newsletter to receive email marketing communications from us, you can choose to opt-out at any time.
