Upon return of products, M.I.O. Prints will provide the following services:
- We will ONLY accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in their original unused condition including original tags attached.
- If for any reason such as purchasing the wrong item you change your mind about an item or for any other reason you decide to return an item. This needs to be within a ten days timeframe of receiving your merchandise.
Please be advised that on SALE items, we only accept exchange - NO Returns. You can return for a different size, style or store credit as we do not issue refunds at this time.
- Please note, returned items must be in the same condition that you received your package. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the shipper’s address on file.
- Please note that returns require a minimum of 2-5 business days to arrive at our P.O. Box address. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process your return upon arriving at this address.
- All End of season, Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned except the wrong size or style was received.
- In the case where you do need to return an item. We will endeavour to provide exchanges. No refund.
- Please be advised. An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
- You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.
- In light of COVID-19, as a safety measure, returns will be kept in a temporary quarantine area for 72 hours before processing.
